BAKERSFIELD UNDERGROUND

We are a Dark Alternative, Industrial, & goth music community. Emphasizing dark wave, new wave, industrial, goth, psychobilly, punk rock, and electronic body music. Displaying outrageous, dark, alternative, and fetish fashion and all manner of Counter-Culture in Bakersfield.

We put on a club once a month called "Heresy, Authentic False Doctrine." This is a club where the Bakersfield Sub-Culture can come congregate with others and express themselves in dance, outrageous dress, and social intercourse. We beckon those who's interest lies in Goth, Cyberpunk, Steampunk, Fetish, Seduction, and all manner of Dark Alternative. You may see a lot of black at Heresy. You may see some fangs. You may see a LOT of skin. You may see Witches, Christians, and Pagans all in the same club. It's because the Bakersfield Underground is not about any religion. The Bakersfield Underground is about people who delight in the darker and more interesting aspects of life, and choose to express themselves. We also invite you to join us at Heresy.
