Heresy began as an experimental project in December, 2011. The outcome was overwhelming. People recieved the club event well and asked when the next one was going to be. It is our desire to put on club events once a month that promote all things dark alternative. Industrial music is in heavy rotation at Heresy, as well as EBM, Synth Pop, Dark Electro, Old School Goth, and Death Rock.
Heresy aims to provide an environment where those who delight in the darker side of life can get together with friends and enjoy a night of dark alternative music, dark alternative fashion, sensory overload, and open minded interaction with friends.
If you have not been to Heresy yet, we would like to cordially invite you to an evening without compare in Bakersfield. We promote fashion consistent with the dark, sensual world. We encourage you to dress yourself in alternative dress, futuristic, cyber-goth, vamp-tramp, gothic, pin-up girl, fetish, cyberpunk, steampunk, apocalyptic, fabulously dead, street lingerie, Victorian, and all manner of Dark Couture and seduction.
